The new villa is facing west. The beach is more than one kilometer long, the sea comes mildly on the shore, providing a not too steep slope for the kids. The sunsets are delightful.
The turfed garden is flourished with orchids; the coconut trees shade and the Buddha statue are seeing to the serenity of the place.
The 5 bedrooms have their own private bathroom. Three bedrooms are facing the sea and one, upstairs, has its own private terrace. The furniture blends with taste European design and Thai or Chinese furniture.
The living room is spacious; the dining room is covered but opened for the al fresco meals by the swimming pool. The electronic equipment (WIFI, 3 flat screen televisions) and the kitchen equipment are complete. The whole building is well maintained.

The village is within 5 minutes: supermarkets and little traditional boutiques facilitate the daily shopping.
The main touristic attraction of the island, White Sands Beach, is 15 minutes away. It is lively night and day and you can find all the commodities, banks, restaurants and night clubs.
The use of a car is advisable but the little motorcycles are the locals and vacationers favorite. The rentals are plentiful and the prices are pretty decent.
The Koh Chang Island just opened to the tourists. The island is mountainous and its vegetation tropical and luxuriant. Its national park status prohibits real estate construction on 75% of its surface. In other parts of the island, the construction rules are strict and buildings with more than 4 floors are prohibited.
The touristic activities are plentiful: elephant tours in the jungle, trekking, waterfalls, boat tours in the archipelago, etc.
