The villa can accomodate up to 8 person. The whole villa rent offers 1 suite in basement ( 4 person) and 2 DOUBLE ROOMS in first floor ( each for 2 person ), these ROOMS can use separated entrance – outside stairs .It is possible to rent the basement suite only as well as  the first floor ROOMS are avaliable for separate rent.

Suite in basement (up to 4 person) equipped with:

– living ROOM with open plan diningand fully equipped kitchen ( refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, glasses, plates etc.

– two double bedrooms ( king size bed ) each with private toliet and bathroom

– wifi throughout the villa

– washing machine

– maid service 3 times a week

– laundry once a week (can be increased upon request)
