- Similar Listings Section: Under every property page, we display three similar listings. If any exclusive property fits, it is automatically placed in the first slot to increase visibility.

- Exclusive Property Widget: This highly visible widget features one exclusive property and appears across all category pages and individual property listings-maximizing visibility at every step of the user journey.

Dedicated Newsletter Feature
Every month, we send out a curated newsletter to over 1,500 subscribers. Previously featuring three properties, we’ve now redesigned the format to add a fourth slot specifically for exclusive listings. This ensures that each edition highlights one exclusive property, on a rotating basis, giving it direct access to our most engaged audience.

Marketing and Social Media Exposure
We’ve been active on social media since the beginning, posting listings across Facebook and local groups to reach interested buyers. What’s new is how we’ve revamped this strategy. We’re now posting more frequently than ever, and part of this shift is a dedicated focus on exclusive offers: 50% of our exposure—and our advertising budget—is now set aside specifically for them. That means more posts, more visibility, and more targeted reach for exclusive properties.

Presence on Third-Party Platforms
To further expand visibility, exclusive listings are also featured on high-traffic real estate platforms such as NestoPa and FazWaz. We’re actively working to grow this presence with more portals over the coming year, giving your property additional exposure to wider and more diverse audiences.

The outcome is clear: exclusive properties now dominate our traffic stats. The data below is pulled from the last 7 days and shows the top 10 most-viewed individual property pages (excluding general pages like home page or search listings, etc.). The top spots are consistently held by exclusive properties.
