The listing on the website

All the services proposed by Dee One Property prior to any sale / rent are all free of charge, this includes : the listing of your property on Dee One Property’s websites, advertising online and offline, ads campaigns on social networks, featuring in our newsletter, translations of your listing in 5 languages by professionals, organising visits, on site presence in our agency in White Sand Beach, etc.

Commission Details

The commission is paid by the owner to Dee One Property in case of a transaction is made with one of our customers.

For a rental property, our commission is between 10% and 15%, depending on the length of the contract.

For a sale, our commission depends on the transaction final price (after negotiation) :

• Price < 500,000 THB : 10%.
• 500,001 to 1,000,000 THB : 7%.
• 1,000,001 to 5,000,000 THB : 5%.
• 5,000,001 to 30,000,000 THB : 4%.
• 30,000,001 or more : 3%.
