Dee One Property offers a simple and transparent service for owners who want to list their property for sale or rent on Koh Chang.

Listing Your Property

All services provided by Dee One Property prior to the completion of any sale or rental transaction are free of charge for the property owner.

This includes, but is not limited to, the creation and publication of your property listing on the Dee One Property website, online marketing and visibility, multilingual presentation of the property, promotion through our agency network, coordination and arrangement of property viewings, communication with potential buyers or tenants, and ongoing assistance throughout the process until the relevant sale or rental contract is prepared, finalized, and signed.

Commission Details

The commission is payable by the seller or property owner to Dee One Property only when a successful transaction is completed with a client introduced or represented by Dee One Property.

No commission is due unless a sale or rental agreement is concluded. The commission becomes payable once a deposit and/or the final payment has been received. Depending on the transaction structure, the commission may be paid directly to Dee One Property or deducted from the amount payable to the seller or property owner.

Dee One Property’s services continue throughout the transaction process, including assistance up to the completion of the final payment, registration of ownership or leasehold rights where applicable, and completion of the property transfer or handover process.

For rental properties, Dee One Property’s commission ranges between 10% and 15% of the rental amount, depending on the duration and terms of the rental contract.

For property sales, the commission is calculated based on the final agreed transaction price after negotiation, according to the following scale:
